Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Large Format Printer Sales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of EPSON large format printers, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of large format printing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers within various industries such as graphic design, signage, Photo, Print, Jobber , CAD and Enetrprise
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share for EPSON large format printers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of EPSON large format printers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support.
Product Expertise:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of EPSON large format printers, including their specifications, features, and applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the printing or technology sector. Experience with large format printers is a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts related to large format printing.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
